- 35 CBD RESIDENTS TO FIGHT BOUTIQUE HOTEL??
Residents have lodged a P&E court appeal to oppose the Howard Street Wharves urban renewal project. What is even there?? A concrete slab? By having a nice boutique hotel, the redevelopment process would not only be more financially viable, but also it would create more local energy and activity when the precinct would otherwise be dead and unsafe at night. Why people do these things is beyond me.
